1. The Superdrug Health & Beautycard Employee Scratchcard Incentive (the “Promotion”) is open exclusively to Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) store employees aged 16 and over who are currently employed by Superdrug in the UK or Republic of Ireland at the time of the Promotion (“Eligible Employees”). The Promotion is not open to non-employees or to any individuals outside of Superdrug. 
2. Eligible Employees may be selected at random by their store manager (“Store Manager”) to receive a physical scratchcard containing a unique participation code and a URL link/QR code directing to the relevant promotional claim website. Once on the promotional claim website employees are directed to enter their name, email address, Superdrug store number and unique participation code then following the on-screen instructions for their chance to win a prize. 
3. Prizes available to Eligible Employees redeeming a scratchcard will depend on the Health and Beautycard Store Strike Rate achieved in 2025 (“Store Strike Rate”) and the Eligible Employees’ Individual Health and Beautycard Strike Rate achieved in 2026 (“Employee Strike Rate”). 
4. Eligible Employees at stores with a Store Strike Rate of above 20 will be able to receive Pink Scratchcards (“Pink Scratchcards”) and would be directed to www.sdpinkcashierprize.com. Eligible Employees at stores which achieved a Store Strike Rate of 20 or below will be able to receive Gold Scratchcards (“Gold Scratchcards”) and would be directed to www.sdgoldcashierprize.com. 
5. Eligible Employees may receive a maximum of one (1) scratchcard per store, per week. Scratchcards must be redeemed within seven (7) days, from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59, starting from 13 April 2026 and until 10 October 2026. 
6. No in-store or online spend is required to receive or redeem a scratchcard. Scratchcards will be issued at the Store Manager’s discretion. 
7. To be eligible for High-Value Prizes (defined below), Eligible Employees must have received an Employee Strike Rate of 20 or below. Eligibility for High Value Prizes will be verified by the Health & Beautycard team, whose decisions are final and who reserve the right to cancel or withhold any prize they deem appropriate.

A Costa Coffee hot drink: This gift is a Costa Coffee eGift for use against one beverage up to the value of £5.00. The eGift cards can be used at participating Costa Coffee outlets in England, Scotland and Wales only. The eGift cards cannot be used at Costa Coffee Express locations, Costa Coffee ‘Proud to Server’ locations or in Northern Ireland. The eGift will be valid up until 31.12.26. After which it will expire, and members will no longer be able to claim their hot drink.  

Costa ROI: 

1. The minimum amount required to activate a Costa Gift Card/eGift is €5 / £5. The maximum amount that may be on a physical Costa Gift Card is €100 / £75. The maximum amount that may be on a Costa Gift Card eGift is €150 / £150. 
2. You may redeem your Costa Gift Card/eGift at any participating Costa outlet in Republic of Ireland (excluding Applegreen and Proud to Serve) with Euro Card and Northern Ireland with Pound Sterling card. When you use your gift card/eGift, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. 3. From here the voucher codes can be entered and the credit balance will be topped up to the total amount of £10 per voucher code.

Grand in the Hand:

Two (2) prizes of £1,000 each (the “High Value Prizes”) will be awarded and added to the respective winner’s pay. Each High Value Prize will be credited to the winner’s pay packet within three (3) months of the prize being formally confirmed. The High Value Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Eligibility for the High Value Prizes is subject to the main Terms and Conditions, including the requirement that entrants must have an H&BC SR of under 20 at the time of qualification.

European City Break:
The prize is a two-night European city break for two (2) adults, with a total value of £1,500 + VAT.
